I got so much value for my money at Byre Cottages & Lakeside Caravan! The room was incredibly cozy, clean, and well-decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect too, surrounded by peaceful countryside and stunning views. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, from the thoughtful birthday decorations and goodies to the warm hospitality extended to our furry friend Rosie.

The morning meal could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

We had an amazing romantic escape in a beautiful place with stunning views. We were welcomed with a delicious cake and a bottle of wine which was a perfect start to our getaway. The location was ideal, close to beautiful beaches where we spent most of our time. The cottage had everything we needed, including all the essentials like shower gel and shampoo. The hosts were friendly and helpful, but not intrusive. The area was secluded and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing break.

The lack of heating in the bedrooms. We visited in April and the nights were quite cold, so we had to buy hot water bottles to keep warm.

the walking tour exceeded my expectations! the friendly owner showed us around and the stunning views were even better by the cozy log fire. everything was perfect for my birthday weekend getaway. the comfortable bed and lovely touches made it truly memorable. wish i could have stayed longer!

We had a wonderful break at Byre Cottages. The stunning location and views provided the perfect escape. Despite the lack of mobile reception, the wifi kept us connected if we wanted. The well-equipped kitchen exceeded our expectations for a holiday home. The warm welcome cake was absolutely delicious and the on-site hosts were always available for assistance. The Lakeside Caravan was exceptionally clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The secluded setting allowed our energetic children to freely explore without worrying about disturbing neighbors. a fantastic stay with great views and amenities.

Access to other cottage was through our own, which was inconvenient. Duvets were too heavy and warm for the current weather, a lighter option should be available.
